Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation between P21mRNA expression and hepatocellular carcinoma. Method During the research period, the hospital was used as the basis to carry out the case-control experiment. The time period of the research experiment was set. From April 2021 to June 2022, the researchers took 100 people admitted to our hospital during this period. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were used as the research objects. After the patients were admitted to the hospital, the medical staff used RT-PCR to detect the expression of p21 gene mRNA in the peripheral blood leukocytes of the patients.
